NOTOX goes black and yellow

Just a stone's throw away from the famous Borussia Dortmund football stadium, NOTOX scientists gathered on September 3-4 at the Leibniz Research Centre for Working Environment and Human Factors (IfADo) for their 5th progress meeting. In this sporting surrounding more than 30 scientists from the 12 partner institutions discussed intermediate status of the project and future play of the team. Having recently whistled the blow for the second half of the NOTOX project, good progress as well as exciting new findings could be reported and more exciting outcomes are yet to come.

For the first time Barry Hardy, the captain of the ToxBank team (a partner project in the SEURAT-1 initiative), joined the meeting and provided the NOTOX partners with valuable insights into the supporting integrated data analysis and servicing of alternative testing methods in toxicology.

All the participants enjoyed the instructive and efficient progress meeting: Game, set and match for NOTOX!

The 6th progress meeting will be hosted by Cambridge Cell Networks in Heidelberg on February 24 and 25, 2014.
