2nd NOTOX Progress Meeting
9-10 January 2012, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
On 9 and 10 January 2012, NOTOX consortium came together at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) in Amsterdam for their 2nd progress meeting. After a lecture on new developments in organotypic cultures derived from stem cells by Mr. Wim van Lau from Hubrecht Institute, Utrecht as well as a discussion on the status of organotypic cultures among the meeting participants, the progress meeting proceeded with presentations on the scientific progress and the results achieved hitherto in the context of the project. Furthermore, issues such as exploitation and dissemination of project results, interfacing with other projects and administrative aspects were discussed. The meeting was considered very fruitful by all delegates, who agreed to hold their next meeting in June 2012 at the Karolinska Institute (KI) in Stockholm, Sweden.
